Delete your Zugo account

You can ask us to delete your Zugo Delivery account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to Zugo.onlinedelivery@gmail.com.
2. Send it from the email address registered in the Zugo Delivery app, so we can confirm the account is yours.
3. Use the subject "Delete my account".

What we delete

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile: name, phone number and email
• Your saved addresses
• Your cart

We delete this data within 30 days of your request. Where the law or accounting rules require it, basic order records may be kept in anonymised form only, so they no longer identify you.
